Weeks 1–2: Discovery and Design
We dive into the task, interview users or stakeholders, and fix requirements. In parallel, we sketch prototypes and design the main screens. By the end of week two — approved UI ready for development.
Weeks 3–5: Development
One to two-week sprints. Frontend, backend, integrations — all in parallel. Each sprint ends with a demo to the client. If something doesn't fit, we redo it next sprint. No bureaucracy, just work.
Week 6: QA and Launch
Final testing, bug fixes, deploy to production. Training for your team. Ready for first users.
How is this possible?
Honest scope assessment. No gold-plating in the first version. Perfect communication: one question answered within 24 hours max. A team that doesn't sleep until launch, but then rests.
